AdnTube provides you with a new way to promote your company, web site, products, or services through video advertising. Millions of people are viewing videos submitted to YouTube, MySpace, and other similar sites on a daily basis. Advertising on those videos will directly impress viewers of your advertising messages (in the forms of text, audio, image, or video).

You post Awards on AdnTube site. Think of an Award as a posting on a bulletin board specifically for videographers who are willing to be paid for including your ad into their videos. Each Award consists of Award Specs, which are ad requirements that a video has to fulfill in order for the videographer to get paid. Requirements include parameters such as ad type and content, duration of the ad appearing on the video, minimum number of video views by a certain date, the amount you are willing to pay if a video satisfies all requirements, etc. These Award Specs tell the videographers what and how your ad should appear in their videos. Please note that AdnTube will not accept inappropriate ad content specified in Award Specs and any Award containing such content will be removed from our system. It is our sole discretion what constitutes inappropriate content.

Any Director (videographer) who is interested in winning your Award will indicate so by submitting his/her Intention to you to create the video. You can request a preview of the video before its submission to YouTube or other similar sites. Make sure you review the video in an ASAP manner so it does not delay the Director's video submission plan. You can approve or decline the Intention. Please note that any video from whom an Intention has been submitted to you and approved by you will be eligible to receive the promised payment if it complies with all the specified Award Specs. That is, if you promise to pay a fixed amount of $500 for each qualified video and if there are a total of 6 videos fulfill all of your Award Specs before the specified expiry date, you will pay a total of $3,000 to those Directors of the videos. Of course you can also specify other conditions such as only the 3 most viewed videos will received the Award, in which case it will reduce your payment to $1,500 but at the same time make the Award less attractive to Directors.

You will communicate with the Director to decide the payment method (PayPal, check, or others). Once a Director goes through the Award Claim process (see FAQ) to request an Award payment and you approve the payment with proper amount paid, we will automatically make such announcement on our website congratulating the Director and include the link to the published video.

Director

Get paid for videographing! You've been submitting videos to YouTube and other sites and receiving tons of views from all over the world. With minimum extra effort, you can earn significant profits from those videos. Marketers are willing to pay you to include their ads in your videos. This does not really change your video content. All you have to do is simple things such as putting the marketer's ad image on the wall of the living room where your video shooting scene is, adding some ad text message on the T-shirt worn by the actor in your video, or just putting a marketer's product on the table in the video.

Marketers will post all sorts of Awards on our site. Think of an Award as a posting on a bulletin board for videographers like you who are willing to be paid for including ads into your videos. Each Award will have different requirements (termed Award Specs) and compensation plan decided by the Marketer. It's up to you to select the Award that best suits you and your video.

Once you decide to make and submit a video for an Award, you need to send an Intention signal to the Marketer first. This is just to let the Marketer know that you intend to make a video to include his/her ad. There is no obligation even if an Intention is submitted. The Marketer might request a preview of your video. Such request will be part of the requirements and you will need to send the video to the Marketer through means requested by the marketers. We ask Marketers to process the preview in an ASAP manner so it will not delay your video submission. Please note the Marketer can either approve or decline your Intention after the preview.

Once your Intention is approved, you can submit the video to YouTube, AdnTube, or other sites. If you send the video to sites other than AdnTube, you need to submit the video URL link to your Intention so the Marketer can trace the total views of the video. After that, you just sit back, relax and wait for the Award requirements be fulfilled by your video and get paid. When all requirements are met, you can request a payment from the Marketer by sending an Award Claim. Our system will notify the Marketer for any such claim so the Marketer can contact you for ways to pay you. After the payment is made, our system then automatically announces on our website to congratulate you on the achievement as well as displaying the link in the announcement to the Award winning video that you made.
